Wool Roving

Our Roving is 100% wool from our Coopworth sheep.  The Coopworth breed grows long, lustrous wool; the length of the fibers make it ideal for the beginning spinner, for use with a drop spindle, and is a delight for spinners of every level!  It also felts wonderfully and the long fibers make it well-suited for weaving, art instillations, and sculptural pieces…. We bring our wool to a Maine mill to be washed and carded.

 Each roving ball is 4oz
