Yarn

This is a special place-based yarn.  A blend of fine wool Merino and Rambouillet breeds, we sourced all this wool from a single farm in coastal York, Maine.  After Jeff sheared the sheep, Amy sorted the wool and sent it off to a mill in Maine to be spun.  The yarn is soft, and it’s 3-ply construction will knit up into a smooth garment with excellent stitch definition for cables, color work, or any textural work.

The white we offer is the natural color of the sheep, while the colors we dye naturally with plants from our farm.
